Atos is seeking a Capital Improvement Technology Project Manager for its Hospital Information Systems Project Management department in Irving, US. The role leads and manages complex projects from inception through completion, supporting clinical process improvement and healthcare service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, communication plans, risk logs, issue logs, status reports, and performance metrics.
- Manage project issues, including analysis, resolution, tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Lead clinical process improvement and healthcare redesign in collaboration with clinical and operational teams.
- Support hospital-based services in achieving performance targets by reviewing performance data and trends and maintaining performance dashboards.
- Engage clinic leadership to promote patient-centered care through training in data use and process improvement.
- Manage day-to-day project operations and ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.
- Ensure effective communication, training, and documentation across projects.
- Collaborate with clinical subject matter experts, managers, supervisors, directors, clinicians, IS analysts, and vendors.
Qualifications
- At least three years of full-time paid experience in healthcare administration or project management.
- At least two years of full-time paid experience using MS Project or a comparable project management tool.
- Experience with Cerner's suite of products is preferred.
- Master's degree in public health, healthcare policy, or an equivalent field.
- Project management certification such as CAPM.
- Experience planning and tracking project scope, time, and budget.
- Understanding of security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong documentation, communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, leadership, and project management skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
