As Product Manager MOUV, you are responsible for the product vision, roadmap and continuous optimization of an innovative mobile application launched for teenagers aged 10–17.
You will work closely with the Minors segment lead, translating the marketing strategy into the MOUV application roadmap at the intersection of digital journeys, acquisition and retention objectives. You will contribute significantly to value creation for the youth segment.
You will work closely with UX/UI, Tech, Data, Marketing and Compliance teams, business lines including savings, insurance and payment methods, and external partners such as startups, fintechs and schools.
Product roadmap for the Mouv and LCL Mes Comptes applications
- Define and refine the product vision for the Mouv application for teenagers, based on the needs of young users and their parents.
- Contribute to the product vision for the LCL Mes Comptes application for parents, in connection with features offered to children through the MOUV by LCL application.
- Prioritize and write user stories, manage the product backlog and lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure a smooth, engaging and secure experience across the digital ecosystem.
- Ensure feature enhancement across payments, savings, challenges, gamification and notifications.
- Work with Compliance to meet regulatory requirements, including GDPR and the protection of minors.
Performance funnel optimization
- Own transformation activities and manage customer journeys in operation.
- Track and analyze acquisition, activation, retention and conversion funnel KPIs, including landing page, KYC, application usage and account opening metrics.
- Identify friction points and propose optimization tests, including A/B testing and simplified journeys.
- Collaborate with Data teams to implement targeted actions by age segment or behavior.
- Set up and manage a usage and performance dashboard.
Additional information
Home base in Aix-en-Provence may be considered. The position is non-executive. A postgraduate degree or equivalent and 6–10 years of experience are required, including at least five years in digital, ideally in banking.
Skills required
- Strong command of Agile and Scrum methods.
- Interest in data, KPIs, A/B testing and analytics tools.
- Awareness of UX design, gamification and compliance issues.
