Tasks

Mercedes-Benz offers an internship opportunity in the E-Motor CAE team, providing insight into diverse topics related to series development of electric motor systems. The internship focuses on modeling, simulation, and measurement analysis.

• Develop a modeling environment to evaluate the thermal behavior of electric motor systems
• Evaluate and analyze simulation and measurement results
• Maintain and further develop tools
• Support project work

The internship can begin in October 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree program in electrical engineering, engineering sciences, or computer science
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Knowledge of modeling complex systems
• Experience with MATLAB and Simulink
• Knowledge of the thermal behavior of an electric motor system
• Strong teamwork and analytical thinking skills
