Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Solution Architect, System Integration Specialist, or Solution Engineer. This role is critical in delivering end-to-end Telco solutions, from design and architecture to integration, validation, and migration. The ideal candidate will ensure technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery in complex environments for Policy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and define product-level implementation.
- Design high-level and low-level architectures, including IP and network design.
- Define detailed use cases in alignment with SoW and 3GPP standards.
- Prepare CIQ and technical documentation.
- Develop and validate policy rules.
- Create and execute test strategies, including SVS and test lists.
- Prepare onboarding files and perform software installation and configuration.
- Execute integration, validation, and customer acceptance activities.
- Provide troubleshooting, tracing, and monitoring support.
- Develop scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
- Manage Go Live activities and migration of traffic, data, and subscribers.
- Conduct technical risk analysis and produce tracking reports.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Telco software solution development and/or integration.
- Strong background in high-level and low-level design documentation.
- Advanced software development and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and databases including Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL.
- Expertise in TCP/IP and protocols including Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy), HTTP2, SIP, Sigtran, SOAP-XML, REST, and SNMP.
- Solid understanding of network architectures and international standards including 3GPP and ETSI.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as VNF and CNF and platforms including CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, VMware, OpenStack, and OpenShift.
- Familiarity with Policy solutions such as 5780DSC, SPS-P, and NPC is an advantage.
- Experience in application integration projects, especially in multi-database or complex environments.
- Knowledge of payment systems, mobile network integration, VoLTE, and IMS.
- Previous experience with OSS/BSS frameworks.
- Solution Architect certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
