  • Develop inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, web services, webhooks, JDBC, SFTP, LDAP, email, file transfer, message queues, and event-driven patterns.
  • Configure MID Servers, connection and credential aliases, IntegrationHub ETL, import sets, transform maps, data sources, reconciliation, and scheduled ingestion processes.
  • Configure and support conversational AI using Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, AI agents, AI Agent Studio, Assistant Designer, and conversational integrations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with physical AI and connected environments, including robotics, autonomous devices, operational technology, IoT, sensors, digital control platforms, and asset-management systems.
  • Design and maintain roles, groups, access-control rules, security attributes, user criteria, scoped-application boundaries, and segregation-of-duties controls.
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, scalability, usability, manageability, and upgradeability.
  • Support source control, application repositories, update sets, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, code review, branching, environment promotion, testing, and release governance.
  • Lead or support technical workshops, integration discovery, platform assessments, design reviews, security reviews, and optimization sessions.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers, administrators, integration engineers, and support teams, and contribute reusable standards, templates, accelerators, and engineering patterns.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution shaping, demonstrations, estimates, proposals, statements of work, and technical presentations.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification or equivalent application-engineering expertise.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification is highly preferred.
  • At least three Certified Implementation Specialist certificates.
  • Extensive experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions and leading technically complex implementations.
  • Prior consulting experience and experience leading teams and supervising others.
  • Advanced experience with Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, and custom integration development.
  • Strong JavaScript, Glide API, data-model, security, debugging, and performance-analysis skills.
  • Experience with secure authentication, credential management, API security, role-based access, encryption, and integration monitoring.
  • Experience configuring or integrating conversational AI, AI agents, generative AI capabilities, or intelligent automation on ServiceNow.

Expected Experience

  • Eight or more years of relevant platform engineering, enterprise integration, application development, or automation experience.
  • Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Three or more years designing and delivering complex ServiceNow integrations and platform-engineering solutions.
  • At least two substantial end-to-end ServiceNow implementations or major platform-transformation programs.
  • Experience in large, regulated, multinational, government, financial services, healthcare, energy, utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, or similarly complex organizations.

The role will be primarily remote, although on-site working may be required depending on customer and project needs. The candidate must be willing to participate in workshops, governance meetings, critical deployments, incident support, and delivery activities across global time zones.

Atos is committed to diversity and inclusion and to a fair work environment for all.
