People & Culture Administrator

In this role, the People & Culture Administrator is integral to keeping everything in-store on track for colleagues and the business. You will work collaboratively with the Store Management Team and the Store People & Culture Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver People & Culture administration activities in the store, demonstrating trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and an understanding of the overall People & Culture strategy.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
- Maintain colleague records in accordance with federal and local regulations.
- Develop an understanding of store commercial performance and customer experience.
- Deliver against company expectations and policy, ensuring governance, best practice, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Support the delivery of core learning programs and mandatory training.
- Report on activities and keep key performance indicators on track.
- Review in-store People & Culture administration and recommend efficiency improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working as a People & Culture Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in retail.
- Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to be flexible and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen.
