  • Partner with People & Culture Centers of Expertise and the Central People & Culture team to implement policies and practices locally.
  • Develop commercial understanding and support business and customer-experience outcomes through the people agenda.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices are maintained.

What You’ll Get

Primark will provide an onboarding period in other U.S. trading areas, along with competitive benefits and support for work-life balance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Functional leadership experience preferred.
  • Professional HR certification desirable.
  • Experience coaching and influencing through direct and indirect leadership.
  • Strong consultative, communication, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in talent, performance, and change management.
  • Retail or other customer-facing experience with a high colleague headcount.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with managers, supervisors, hourly colleagues, and customers.

The pay range for this role is $76,121–$120,106. This is a good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay at the time of posting and may vary based on factors including geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
