P&C Business Partner
The P&C Business Partner is a trusted strategic partner to Primark leadership, responsible for shaping and delivering a high-impact people strategy that accelerates business performance. This role provides expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, builds organisational capability, and drives a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, providing insights, challenge, and data-driven recommendations that inform business decisions and workforce planning.
- Translate the Primark people strategy into a clear, forward-looking people plan that supports growth, operational excellence, and cultural ambition.
- Lead the development and execution of talent management strategies, including succession planning, pipeline development, and leadership capability.
- Partner with leaders to drive engagement strategies and build a culture that reflects Primark’s values, strengthens belonging, and enhances the employee experience.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent, legally compliant, and aligned with organisational values.
- Act as a change leader, guiding teams through transformation with a strong focus on communication, engagement, and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, Centres of Excellence, and People Services teams to deliver impactful people solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years’ experience working in a fast-paced P&C function at Business Partner level.
- A strong track record of partnering with management or leadership teams in a dynamic or complex organisational environment.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and talent development.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to interpret financial, operational, and people data.
- Change leadership skills, with a reputation for influencing, constructively challenging, and coaching stakeholders.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with high EQ, resilience, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
