What you’ll do
- Deliver P&C administration activities in your store, demonstrating trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all colleagues.
- Provide generalist administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing.
- Support the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store.
- Report on P&C activities and keep KPIs on track.
What you’ll bring
- Ideally, previous experience working as an administrator.
- Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an effective and persuasive communication style.
- Good problem-solving skills and an interest in developing commercial acumen.
- A passion to do a good job.
