We are seeking an experienced and passionate Stockroom Specialist to join the adidas Werribee Performance Concept Store in VIC on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with:

• Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service, to provide a premium Concept Store experience.
• Providing feedback on the resources required to achieve stockroom operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
• Representing adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house.
• Proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Concept Store experience.
• Driving store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Supporting the store management team in providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience highly regarded

• Retail Team Leader experience in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear
• Stockroom procedures
