Who We Are Looking For
Nike is looking for a Part-time Athlete, also known as a Retail Associate, to join the team at the Johor Premium Outlet store. The commitment is 24 hours per week.
What You Will Work On
As a Nike Direct Athlete, you will provide world-class service to consumers using four service principles:
- Know: Build authentic connections with consumers by getting to know them and guiding their journey.
- Equip: Equip consumers through product and service knowledge and expertise.
- Engage: Connect with consumers by inviting them to engage with Nike.
- Inspire: Create an emotional connection between consumers and the Nike brand.
You will demonstrate enthusiasm for Nike products and services and learn the fundamentals of store roles including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom. You will deliver excellent service, support daily retail operations, build relationships with consumers and teammates, attend and support store events, and work varied hours and days to meet business needs.
Responsibilities include operating the cash register, performing shipping and receiving duties, stocking the sales floor, cleaning, and building visual displays when necessary.
What You Bring
- Must have or be pursuing SPM.
- Able to commit 16 hours per week, ideally on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
- One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
