We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional/Sales Floor Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis and open a brand new Factory Outlet in Galleria, Perth.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in:

• Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
• Role modelling service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Representing the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Executing and maintaining established visual merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
• Training and coaching team members to fine-tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Desirable experience

• Retail team leadership in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear
• Visual merchandising
• Stockroom procedures
