Relevant Tasks
- Provide Packet Core (PaCo) expertise.
- Deliver PaCo technical solutions according to defined low-level designs (LLD).
- Generate and validate instantiation templates and methods of procedure (MOPs) from LLDs and data fill sheets.
- Onboard, deploy, integrate, and configure PACO nodes.
- Execute and document system and functional ATP test cases and related artifacts.
- Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and ATP test issues with care and customer teams, supported by the TPM.
- Open trouble tickets through the proper internal JIRA and Salesforce channels.
- Support migration of Packet Core services and the delivery-to-care handover process.
- Perform feature activation testing.
- Prepare MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades, including golden MOPs following lab testing.
- Perform software upgrades of PACO nodes.
- Provide four-eyes support, post-upgrade support, and emergency coordination with care and 4LS teams.
- Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions and capture lessons learned.
- Support team and practice internal JIRA processes.
- Provide L2 support where explicitly agreed for projects.
- Develop PACO node certifications in coordination with KMCD.
