Job Description

Our client is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks. The candidate is expected to be located in Ukraine and have the appropriate work permits.

Relevant Tasks

• Act as a Packet Core (PaCo) expert specializing in CMG.
• Deliver PaCo technical solutions according to defined LLD.
• Generate and validate instantiation templates and MOPs from LLD and data fill sheets.
• Onboard, deploy, integrate, and configure PACO nodes according to defined LLD.
• Execute and document system and functional ATP test cases and artifacts.
• Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and ATP test issues with care and customer teams, supported by the TPM.
• Open trouble tickets through the appropriate channels, including Internal JIRA and Salesforce.
• Support migration of Packet Core services and the delivery-to-Care handover process.
• Perform feature activation testing.
• Prepare MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades.
• Test software upgrades in the lab and prepare golden MOPs.
• Perform software upgrades of PACO nodes.
• Provide 4-eye support and post-upgrade support, working with care and 4LS teams during emergencies.
• Deliver knowledge-sharing and KT sessions.
• Capture lessons learned in the LL tool.
• Support team and practice internal JIRA processes.
• Provide L2 support only for projects where explicitly agreed.
• Develop PACO node certifications in coordination with KMCD.
