Are you ready to lead innovation and drive the future of automotive technology? Mercedes-Benz is seeking a highly motivated and responsible OTA Software Update Campaign Manager to join our team in Shanghai. This role is pivotal in delivering Over-The-Air (OTA) updates to customers, ensuring vehicles remain connected, cutting-edge, and continuously improving.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end OTA rollout campaigns, ensuring updates are delivered successfully and on time in alignment with Mercedes-Benz internal processes.
Continuously improve the OTA rollout process using innovative ideas, lessons learned, and stakeholder feedback.
Act as the main interface between program teams, after-sales, function design, quality, and global headquarters.
Lead cross-functional activities for multiple Electronic Control Units (ECUs).
Control risks, track delivery timing, analyze data, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and management teams on OTA campaign progress and performance.
Manage compliance certification and filing activities related to OTA regulations.
Collaborate with vehicle testing, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of OTA updates.

Qualifications

Strong background in software project management, ideally in automotive or technology sectors.
Knowledge of vehicle technology and architecture.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Skills in risk management and data analysis, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.
Passion for innovation and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.
Fluency in English and Chinese for communication with teams in China and worldwide.
