What you'll be working on as OT Solution Architect
With the emergence of AI, engineering is undergoing a transformation. As a strong innovation partner, Capgemini Engineering attempts to understand what challenges our clients in complex manufacturing environments are facing, and how we can help bridge the gaps between AI and OT.
The Energy industry holds a priority position, in which multiple colleagues are already supporting clients as consultants, project managers and SMEs. Considering our current position and growth prospects in this domain, we need someone who can help build our client portfolio and lead engineering teams in their project deliveries.
You will hold a critical position in our engineering department and Centre of Excellence. You will act as a thought leader, supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical and business challenges. You will also mentor more junior colleagues.
Your profile
We expect you to have a strong technical background with solid experience in the energy domain. Other domains may also be considered. This role combines engineering solution architecture and people leadership and requires:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, IIoT, smart factory, cloud technologies and enterprise architecture or roadmapping
- The ability to translate technical complexity into business impact for senior decision-makers
These criteria provide an indication of the profile we are looking for. If you do not meet every criterion but believe this role is a great fit, you are encouraged to apply or get in touch. Due to client screening requirements, this vacancy is applicable for EU passport holders only.
What we offer
- Gross salary between €6,000 and €7,500 per month
- €900 mobility allowance and 8% holiday allowance based on a 40-hour workweek
- 26 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional leave days
- Projects focused on industrial technology and innovation

- A high level of freedom and responsibility
