About the Job
Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of Simphony Inventory across multi-unit restaurant programs implementing Oracle MICROS Simphony. Lead global solution design sessions covering ingredient-level inventory, recipe costing, prep workflows, and COGS visibility across restaurant operations.
Your Role
- Own the Simphony Inventory workstream, including planning, backlog definition, story refinement, sprint execution, and readiness.
- Lead design of restaurant back-of-house processes including ingredient management, recipe costing, yields, prep and production, receiving, counts, and waste.
- Translate culinary and operations needs into user stories and configuration requirements.
- Oversee integrations between Simphony, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, and data and analytics platforms.
- Lead configuration, testing, and pilot or wave deployments across restaurants.
- Validate recipe costs, ingredient yields, and cost rollups during pilots and rollout.
- Partner with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Supply Chain on deployment, training, and adoption.
- Support controls, variance reduction, and continuous improvement of inventory and costing processes.
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years in restaurant or QSR technology, including inventory, POS, or menu and recipe systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Simphony Inventory and recipe costing.
- Strong back-of-house process knowledge, including prep, receiving, counts, modifiers, and waste.
- 3+ years delivering in Agile or SAFe environments.
- Experience integrating POS with ERP and financial systems.
- Multi-unit restaurant rollout experience.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle Retail.
- Understanding of cost accounting, COGS, yield management, and kitchen operations.
- Experience with API or middleware platforms such as OIC, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range is $73,150–$193,440.
