Oracle Finance Manager with Shared Services Experience

Your Role

As a Manager specialising in Finance Management with Shared Services experience at Capgemini Invent, you will optimise clients' financial operations through the implementation and management of Oracle Finance solutions. You will use your expertise in shared services models and Oracle applications to drive efficiency, enhance service delivery and support financial transformation initiatives.

You will solution and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions across HCM and ERP, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.

Business Development and Growth

• Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids and proposition development.
• Contribute to client pitches and client-hosting events.
• Support campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers and practice development.
• Participate in training, certifications and other career-development activities.

Your Profile

• Grow the Oracle business across public and private sector clients.
• Design Oracle Cloud solutions that meet complex client needs and comply with regulatory and security standards.
• Lead solution-design workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle architectures across HCM and ERP.
• Oversee delivery teams and ensure the technical integrity, performance and quality of implementations.
• Provide guidance on Oracle roadmap planning, integration strategies and transformation governance.
• Support business development through solutioning, proposal development and client presentations.
• Collaborate on integration, data migration and system optimisation.
• Maintain current knowledge of Oracle Cloud capabilities and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle ERP financial architectures aligned with client objectives.
• Lead deployment of Oracle Financial modules, including Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications and Oracle Fusion Financials, within shared-services environments.
• Redesign financial processes to improve automation, standardisation, reporting and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement shared-services strategies to centralise and optimise finance functions.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks using Oracle analytics tools.
• Drive end-to-end transformation projects and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
• Analyse business processes and implement best practices to optimise workflows and reduce operational risks.
• Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand objectives and provide expert guidance.
• Lead and mentor finance architects and consultants while ensuring high-quality deliverables and project timelines.
