Oracle (ERP) Finance Architect with BPS experience - Senior Manager

Your Role

As a Senior Manager specializing in Oracle (ERP) Finance Architecture with Business Process Services (BPS) experience at Capgemini Invent, you will transform clients' financial operations by designing and implementing innovative Oracle ERP architectures. You will architect and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions across HCM and ERP, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.

Your Profile

• Grow the Oracle business across public and private sector clients.
• Architect and design Oracle Cloud solutions that meet complex client needs and comply with regulatory and security standards.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into robust Oracle HCM and ERP architectures.
• Oversee delivery teams and ensure the technical integrity, performance, and quality of Oracle implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle roadmap planning, integration strategies, and transformation governance.
• Support business development through solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Collaborate on integration, data migration, and system optimization.
• Maintain current knowledge of Oracle Cloud capabilities and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Design comprehensive Oracle ERP financial architectures aligned with business objectives, scalability, flexibility, and compliance requirements.
• Lead transformation projects, assess current processes, identify gaps, and develop strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Use BPS expertise to improve financial processes, optimize workflows, and reduce operational risks.
• Engage with C-level executives and stakeholders to understand challenges and provide expert guidance.
• Lead and mentor finance architects and consultants while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
