We’re looking for an Operations Coach (Manager) who can help provide above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life.

What Will You Work On?

Crucial to the effective running of the department, you will focus on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects. You will drive and inspire a service culture and create an in-store culture that brings the Nike brand to life.

Reporting to the Assistant Head Coach – Operations, you will:

• Ensure payroll compliance, create rosters and zone charts, and adhere to cash management standards.
• Assist the store to achieve financial objectives.
• Lead, coach, drive and inspire the Operations team.
• Drive operational excellence, including facilities management, HR and loss prevention programs, and break room communications.

The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
