BCS (Brewery Control System) Coordinator

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 8+ years

Qualification: BE/BTech

Job Purpose

The BCS Coordinator will coordinate with Brewery BCS Coordinators and ensure that all BCS modules are updated monthly within the required timeframe.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall quality, integrity, availability and usability of OpCo BCS data at all management levels within the Group.
• Align information in BCS with CIL and other company systems.
• Translate BCS data into useful information for annual and strategic planning, performance tracking, target setting, capacity planning and business cases.
• Conduct periodic audits and training, resolve low- to medium-level technical challenges, and support data governance policies and procedures.
• Interface with the BCS team on master data, user creation, access creation, authorization levels and high-level technical support.
• Ensure results are deployed appropriately and that improvement actions, projects and inputs support the Company TPM agenda, cost leadership and P1 KPI tracking.
• Provide a platform for internal and external benchmarking.
• Draw reports from BCS and deploy KPIs regularly using Power BI dashboards.
• Train Brewery BCS Coordinators on understanding and implementation.
• Communicate and implement changes or improvements from global BCS teams within agreed timelines.

Critical Experiences and Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office, BCS, MS Teams and Power BI.
• Analytical skills to analyze and deploy data and perform audits.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with brewery and global teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience as a BCS Coordinator at a brewery and familiarity with BCS usage.
• Knowledge of brewery functions, material flow and their correlations.
