Your job in a nutshell
Provide operational support and implement Office 365 and related technologies, including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Skype for Business Online, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Active Directory Synchronization, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Azure AD.
What will you be doing
- Develop custom PowerShell scripts for automation, redundant tasks, reporting and monitoring.
- Maintain and support the administration of cloud office solutions within the Office 365 suite, with main responsibility around Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Yammer and other associated tooling.
- Build and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational checklists and operational reports.
- Maintain and handle the health of the tenant and manage licenses and subscriptions in the tenant.
- Participate in the rollout and migration team for Office 365.
- Act as the customer concern point for critical-level incidents.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cloud system engineering principles and considerations.
- Understanding of the Microsoft collaboration stack, including Office 365, Skype for Business and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE.
- Knowledge of IT security risks.
- Analytical thinking, collaboration and strong problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills in an international environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to improve technical skills.
