NPI Planner

HEINEKEN Slovakia is looking for a candidate who enjoys new challenges and wants to enter the world of beer.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management in Supply Chain in the area of New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for improving the product portfolio.
• Develop and monitor the phase-out and phase-in of materials to reduce scrapping costs.
• Track Supply Chain activities against deadlines and analyze risks.
• Act as a role model and coach, guiding a multifunctional team in the effective use of processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the NPI and project management processes.
• Collaborate with other HEINEKEN companies and the HUB in English during the development phase of new products for export and import, with the aim of minimizing scrapping costs.

Requirements

• English language skills at B2 level, with the ability to present in English.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking.
• Independent decision-making.
• Organizational skills.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills.
• At least a second-cycle university degree.
• Driving licence category B.

Compensation

Basic salary from €2,000 gross, depending on work experience, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of annual salary. The salary range will be discussed during the interview.

1 November 2026.
