Nike Store Lead (Senior Retail Associate)

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Nike Store Lead (Senior Retail Associate) to deliver a premium consumer experience by building the bond between consumers and the brand and applying brand stories in the retail setting. This position is based at a new store in Mumbai.

What you will work on

• Use exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments and perform associate activities, including handling complex transactions and customer service situations.
• Provide expertise in one or more areas, including Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and Sales.
• Complete ongoing training and education to further develop expertise.
• Assist managers with formal onboarding and training programs for associates.
• Support loss prevention efforts through proactive customer service and coordination of other associates' work, without serving as a formal supervisor.
• Handle possible keyholder responsibilities.

What you bring

• 12th Qualification or equivalent.
• Three years of retail experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
