NIKE, Inc. is seeking MBA and Master’s talent for a Strategic Planning Graduate Internship within its Strategy organization. Interns will work with experienced strategists, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders on high-impact projects aligned with Nike’s strategic roadmap.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be embedded within one of Nike’s Strategy teams and own a high-impact project aligned to team priorities. Through hands-on project work and functional programming, you’ll gain exposure across the Strategy function, build an understanding of Nike’s business, and form relationships with leaders shaping the company’s long-term growth.

What You’ll Work On
In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives aligned to the company’s strategic roadmap. You’ll manage one or more cross-functional projects that help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and catalyze action through long-range business planning and performance management.
Project examples may include evolving retail strategy to better serve Global Football athletes in North America, identifying opportunities for Nike Fitness growth, and evolving Jordan athlete marketing to better serve future youth.
This is a 10-week paid internship opportunity with relocation assistance.
What You Bring
- Enrollment in an MBA or Master’s program with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, corporate development, investment banking, finance, digital/e-commerce, retail, general apparel brands, or related areas.
- Three to five years of work experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills, including experience leading multiple simultaneous projects.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analyses and distill results into actionable insights.
