NIKE, Inc. is looking for Product Supply Chain interns who are curious about how products are made and delivered globally and excited to use AI-driven insights to support its global supply chain network.
In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you will contribute to high-priority business initiatives, take ownership of a scoped project, develop your skills, and collaborate with experienced managers and senior leaders.
What You Will Experience
- Nike By You operations: Support on-demand footwear customization and manufacturing capabilities, using data, technology, and AI-driven insights to improve responsiveness, efficiency, and the consumer customization experience.
- Global sourcing strategy: Analyze supplier capabilities, manufacturing networks, and sourcing opportunities across Footwear, Apparel, and Materials, applying data and AI-driven insights to strengthen resilience and support sourcing and capacity decisions.
- Product integrity: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve product quality, compliance, and consumer experience risks through data analysis, risk assessments, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement.
- Delivery excellence: Support initiatives that improve product movement from manufacturing to marketplace delivery, developing tools, metrics, and AI-enabled insights that enhance supply chain visibility.
This is a 10-week paid internship opportunity with relocation assistance.
What You Bring
- Enrolled in an MBA or master’s degree program in Engineering Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, International Trade, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Three to five years of work experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Excel, or Power BI; Python, R, or other programming languages are a plus.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science preferred.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking, an enterprise mindset, adaptability, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, influence teams, and leverage internal and external resources.
- Supply chain operations and retail industry knowledge is a plus.
