Your role
As a Model Based System Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will develop architectures and algorithms for complex systems using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies. You will work in multidisciplinary teams on the definition, simulation and validation of advanced systems, primarily in the Aerospace & Defence sector.
- Develop architectures and algorithms using MBSE tools, with a focus on CAMEO.
- Model systems with SysML.
- Prepare technical and system documentation.
- Evaluate and define test procedures.
- Support system integration.
- Perform simulation and modelling with MATLAB and Simulink.
Your qualifications
- Previous experience as a Model Based System Engineer, with the ability to work in complex environments and contribute to different stages of the systems development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of MBSE methodologies and tools, such as Cameo Systems Modeler/MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody and Capella.
- Knowledge of SysML/UML and related best practices.
- Experience managing requirements and traceability using tools such as DOORS, Polarion and Jama.
- Ability to perform functional and system architectural analysis.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good or excellent written and spoken English.

Location and contract
Locations: Genoa, La Spezia, Florence, Turin and Rome. On-site working mode.
Permanent contract.
CCNL Commercio, level 3 or 2. Role classification: Associate Product & System Engineer / Product & System Engineer.
Gross annual salary:
- €27,746 to €30,825 for level 3 of CCNL Commercio.
- €31,270 to €40,150 for level 2 of CCNL Commercio.
