Within Indosuez Fund Solutions, you will provide a comprehensive view of the funds managed and supervised by CAIFS in the appropriate tools for portfolio managers and risk managers, in coordination with the custodian bank. You will support the portfolio manager in processing transactions and carrying out various assignments.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of positions for funds supervised by CAIFS in Bloomberg, including analysis of discrepancies and adjustments.
- Enter pre-trade orders submitted by external managers for delegated funds and monitor their proper execution in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Enter investment recommendations from advisers based on validation by the CAIFS manager, ensuring compliance with the strategy and eligibility criteria.
- Process corporate actions.
- Process standing instructions.
- Enter orders received from external managers post-trade in the custodian bank's tools and monitor their proper execution.
- Create and monitor new accounts in the management tool, including associated configuration.
- Participate in monitoring, optimizing and adapting procedures and processes.
Profile
- Master's degree in economics, finance or management preferred.
- Experience in operational activities in the banking sector, ideally with Back Office and/or financial markets experience.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Customer-oriented, with respect for procedures and legal regulations.
- Ability to adapt when managing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to work in a team.
- Solution-oriented.
- Skills in macros and AI tools.
- Perfect command of French and English.
