You will join the financial department of Investment Management Services, a team of approximately 80 employees, and work within the Middle Office Positions Keeping team of around ten colleagues.
As a Middle Officer (Middle Office Manager – Stock), you will:
- Control the position keeping of clients' portfolios.
- Reconcile securities positions and executed transactions with those held by custodians, valuers and clearing houses.
- Analyze and manage outstanding breaks.
- Produce specific reports and operational analyses.
- Manage Share Class Hedging activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and incident impact analysis.
Investment Management Services provides front-to-back support services to asset management companies and institutional investors, including middle-office functions, trade management, reporting and performance analysis, business projects and flow acquisition and management.
Profile
- Postgraduate degree in finance (Bac +5 or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and markets.
- Understanding of operational risk identification.
- Strong interpersonal and client-service skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency with office tools.
- Professional English is essential.
