Your role
As a Power Platform Lead with a focus on AI, you will guide customers through digital transformation by leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio, together with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role combines technical leadership, solution design and strategic advisory responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on applying AI capabilities in low-code environments.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and delivery of Power Platform and AI solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Translating business challenges into scalable and practical technical solutions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from discovery through adoption and optimization.
- Providing technical leadership and promoting best practices in solution architecture, ALM and governance.
- Contributing to governance, security, compliance and Responsible AI frameworks.
- Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to drive adoption, value creation and change.
Your profile
- Strong foundation in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Azure fundamentals such as identity and access management, security, integration and connectivity.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
- Practical experience designing or implementing AI-enabled solutions within a consulting role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-grade solution design, including integration, governance, security and Application Lifecycle Management for the Power Platform.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.
