Mission: Drive Logistics Excellence Through Strong Partnerships
Are you passionate about supply chain operations, performance management, and building successful business partnerships? Join our Logistics and Supply Chain Management track.
Your first role in the graduate program will be the 3rd Party Logistics Contract Manager. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products reach customers through a network of logistics partners. This role will give you the foundations to understand end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations while building leadership skills.
What You Will Do
You will start as a 3rd Party Logistics Manager and have opportunities to experience other roles such as Network Capacity Planner, Country Supply Partner, Market Coordinator, and Regional Logistics Role.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree holder with up to 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Strong interest in logistics operations, supplier management, and supply chain performance.
- Proficiency in Business English at upper-intermediate or B2+ level; additional languages are a plus.
- Collaborative problem-solver who thrives in diverse environments.
- Impact-driven, with the ambition to contribute meaningfully to Michelin in Motion 2030 from day one.
- Fully mobile and open to new experiences across the region.
