Your role
As Technical Lead for a PAS-X MES Roll-out Program, you will provide end-to-end technical leadership across site-level MES implementations within a complex, multi-site pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will be the go-to technical authority, ensuring architectural consistency, integration quality, and compliance with corporate standards while enabling the successful delivery of your client's global digital manufacturing strategy.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading architectural and technical decisions within the PAS-X MES roll-out program, aligning the global core model with local site implementations and governing configuration and integration standards.
- Overseeing MES configuration activities, including workflows, forms, MBRs, gMBRs, and ESP, as well as OT/IT interfaces and integrations with ERP, SCADA, LIMS, and Historians.
- Leading technical activities across SIT, UAT, defect management, go-live, technical stabilisation, validation, and qualification in regulated environments.
- Coordinating vendors, system integrators, automation providers, and infrastructure teams while serving as a technical reference for the client's Global Program Team.
- Driving knowledge management and governance through technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and best practices.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical quality, streamline deployments, and maintain implemented solutions.
Your profile
- At least 6 years of hands-on MES/MOM implementation experience in industrial or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, including multi-site deployment programs.
- Strong PAS-X platform expertise, OT/IT integration experience, and knowledge of ISA-95, enterprise and OT architectures, and system integration.
- Technical testing and deployment experience, including SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live activities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across IT, OT, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, with professional working proficiency in English.
- Preferred experience in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences, including GAMP 5, Computer System Validation, and template-based global MES roll-outs.
