Merchant II – Jordan Brand

NIKE, Inc. is hiring for two Merchant II roles within the Global Jordan Merchandising team: Merchant II FBAT (American Football, Baseball, Athletic Training) and Merchant II Streetwear Footwear.

The merchant will help bring the culture, vision, and spirit of the Jordan Brand to life through product, consumer journeys, assortments, and line plans. The role partners with Global and Geo Merchandising, Product Creation, Planning, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain seasonal assortment tools.
• Partner with Geo Merchandising teams to gather insights.
• Support seasonal deliverables and meetings.
• Contribute to business reporting and hindsight analysis.
• Own or partially own launch maintenance over Icons.
• Gather insights and data to build consumer-centric line plans.
• Analyze business and consumer trends to inform future decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, marketing, or a related field, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• Two or more years of experience in retail, merchandising, product management, marketplace, buying, or relevant work.
• Strong understanding of consumers and marketplace trends.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Keynote.
• Collaborative mindset, coachability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• High Heat, Launch, or Collaborator product merchandising experience is a plus.
• Footwear-specific merchandising experience is a plus.
