Your role

As a Material Planner, you will ensure the timely and efficient supply of materials for production by coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and analyzing demand forecasts. The role involves optimizing material flow to support production schedules and minimize costs.

Your tasks

  • Own material planning and align supply, production, and suppliers.
  • Convert plans into schedules and optimize capacity and lead times.
  • Maintain MRP and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage supplier confirmations, rescheduling, and deliveries.
  • Identify risks and support mitigation.
  • Resolve shortages, delays, and imbalances.
  • Optimize planning parameters, including MOQ, stock, and lead times.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and inbound flow.
  • Track KPIs and support decision-making.
  • Support launches and changes.
  • Improve MRP processes and data.

Your profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, MRP, or material planning.
  • Willingness to work two to three times a week on a late shift.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory, and material flow.
  • Experience solving planning and supply issues, with good analytical skills.
  • Experience with planning systems such as SAP, IBP, APO, or Blue Yonder.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with suppliers and order flow.
  • Knowledge of MOQ, stock, and lead times.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Fluent English.
