Managing Consultant / Senior Manager - ServiceNow HRSD (SC Cleared)

Your role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing Employee Experience and HR practice. This role combines technology leadership, client advisory and delivery ownership, helping organisations transform employee and enterprise service experiences.

Solution and architecture leadership

• Own end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations.
• Produce and maintain technical design documentation aligned with client requirements and platform best practices.

Engagement and delivery ownership

• Lead end-to-end engagements, including delivery governance and stakeholder management.
• Oversee delivery teams without being directly responsible for configuration or development.

Client advisory and strategy

• Define ServiceNow platform strategies and roadmaps for customers.
• Act as a technology advisor to customer leadership teams, programme stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Liaise with ServiceNow representatives and ecosystem partners.

Business development

• Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Drive proposal development and deliver winning client presentations.

Essential experience and certifications

• ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator, CIS ITSM and CIS HRSD; CTA or CMA is beneficial.
• Experience on at least one large global or international ServiceNow implementation, or multiple end-to-end smaller deployments.
• Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Ability to demonstrate ServiceNow HR and AI features to customers.
