Bull, part of Atos, is seeking a Manager for its R&D software validation team supporting high-performance computing (HPC) supercomputer projects. Based in Les Clayes-sous-Bois, you will work with development, hardware, administration, project management, support and product teams to ensure the quality and reliability of HPC software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and plan the software validation strategy.
- Develop robust validation plans aligned with quality objectives.
- Manage, motivate and develop the validation team.
- Communicate validation results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities and optimize validation processes.
Profile
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent scientific university program.
- Solid experience managing a software team, with a good understanding of validation and testing processes.
- Strong technical skills and sufficient expertise to communicate effectively with validation specialists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, rigor and a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development teams while maintaining independent judgment.
- Professional ability to switch between French and English during workshops, meetings and technical documentation.
