The Compute & Cloud Experience division provides a single entry point for infrastructures supporting applications and their life cycles. Its Interface Service teams manage messaging and file-transfer activities, including KAFKA, APIM (WSO2/KONG), MQ Series, CFT and Secure Transport, across both Build and Run.
The Manager leads a functional scope within a constantly evolving technological environment. The role involves directing operational activities, motivating and developing the team, maintaining a high level of service quality, and ensuring alignment with CA-GIP's strategic priorities.
Strategic and operational management
- Understand, adopt and communicate the CA-GIP strategy at operational level.
- Manage activities and translate strategic objectives into operational objectives for the team.
- Supervise Run and Build activities through relevant reporting.
- Ensure effective budget management for the assigned scope.
Team management and development
- Develop cohesion, trust and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support employees in their responsibilities and in handling complex matters.

Profile
- Training in computer science.
- 6–10 years of professional experience.
- Operational English used regularly.
- Behavioral skills including consulting and service orientation, change management, talent and team development, emotional intelligence, customer orientation, results orientation, teaching and influence.
- Professional skills including management control, team management and steering, and activity and quality-of-service management.
This is a permanent contract based in Guyancourt, France, with hybrid working. The position includes management responsibilities and is classified as an executive role.
