Manager, Corporate Premises, Procurement, and Occupational Safety & Health M/F

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and continuously enhance the company’s procurement function. This role is responsible for establishing robust procurement governance, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, delivering commercial value, strengthening supplier and vendor partnerships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
While the primary focus will be Procurement, this hybrid role will also support broader Corporate Premises initiatives including facilities management, workplace projects, business continuity, environmental initiatives, and occupational safety and health governance.
What will you do?
- Procurement and Strategic Sourcing: Lead end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing strategy, RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract award, and contract execution. Develop procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, service, and risk.
- Contract and Vendor Management: Lead supplier onboarding, performance management, governance activities, supplier scorecards, and periodic business reviews.
- Corporate Premises Support: Support procurement for facilities management, workplace services, office renovations, capital projects, workplace transformation, and strategic facilities initiatives.
- Occupational Safety and Health and ESG Support: Ensure contractor selection and procurement specifications incorporate appropriate safety and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Governance: Build partnerships with business leaders, strengthen procurement governance, encourage early procurement engagement, and act as the procurement subject matter expert for Malaysia.
- Managerial Excellence: Lead procurement planning, governance, and performance management, and develop procurement policies, procedures, templates, and standard operating practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess procurement processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize workflows while staying informed of best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience within a multinational organization; the listed minimum experience level is 6–10 years.
- Experience leading end-to-end sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, procurement transformation, governance, and process improvement.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with enterprise procurement systems and regional or global teams.
- Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS, corporate real estate or facilities management procurement experience, regulated-industry experience, ESG knowledge, workplace transformation experience, or occupational safety and health exposure are advantageous.
