  • Contract and Vendor Management: Lead supplier onboarding, performance management, and governance activities. Establish supplier performance scorecards and periodic business reviews.
  • Corporate Premises Support: Support procurement activities relating to facilities management, workplace services, office renovations, and capital projects.
  • Occupational Safety and Health and ESG Support: Support procurement compliance with Occupational Safety and Health requirements and ensure contractor selection and procurement specifications incorporate appropriate safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Governance: Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, influence stakeholders across all levels, and act as the procurement subject matter expert for Malaysia.
  • Managerial Excellence: Lead procurement planning, governance, and performance management across the function. Develop procurement policies, procedures, templates, and standard operating practices.
  • Procurement Planning and Continuous Improvement: Assess procurement processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize workflows. Stay informed of procurement best practices, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.
