Responsibilities and qualifications
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Act as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and work effectively with the team.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software packages.
- Lead discussions with diverse groups and work independently under pressure.
- Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and high performance standards.
- Availability must be flexible, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience required.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires standing, walking, reaching, handling merchandise, and occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

The anticipated base pay range is $20.94-$28.32. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency.
