Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of the Customs and Trade team at Nike’s European Logistics Campus, reporting to a Customs Manager. You’ll work with internal stakeholders and external logistics and customs partners to ensure the fast and efficient delivery of products while building strong relationships.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Logistics Customs & Trade Analyst to join our team in an international environment. The ideal candidate understands logistics, customs and international trade, or is willing to learn quickly, and is passionate about continuous process improvement.
- Exceptional English communication skills; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
- Proven project management experience and an ability to work in agile ways.
- Ability to analyze simple and complex data, turn data into insights, drive action and communicate compelling narratives.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently.
- Conceptual and end-to-end thinking to understand and optimize process flows.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll help ensure the seamless and compliant execution of import and export processes across EMEA through analysis and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll coordinate projects, lead change implementation and communicate effectively with a focus on customers.
Depending on the sub-team, you may support Customs Operations through data-driven analysis, process optimization and continuous improvement; advance the Customs Governance framework through reporting, knowledge sharing and actionable insights; or work on customs valuation, tariff classification and origin determination under Free Trade Agreements to identify savings opportunities and improve operational processes.
The role includes analyzing data, interpreting customs legislation, addressing performance and compliance gaps, and driving high-quality execution across the end-to-end process.
