Your role
As a Life Sciences Client Partner, you will drive strategic growth and deepen client relationships within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deliver engineering and digital transformation solutions across R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory domains.
- Own and grow key client relationships within the life sciences sector, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Identify and shape new business opportunities across digital, engineering, and consulting services.
- Collaborate with delivery, solution, and pre-sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and proposals.
- Drive account planning, revenue forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement, governance, and issue resolution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to guide client strategy.
- Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
Your skills and experience
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the life sciences industry or consulting.
- Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device business models and regulatory environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation, R&D, manufacturing, or quality operations in life sciences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and influence at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus.
