Role Overview

Capgemini is seeking a Team Lead, Supply Planning (B1/B2) for its Supply Chain professional community.

General Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Lead multiple teams of Supply Planning experts.
• Collaborate with vendors and manage customer communication as the single point of contact for issue resolution.
• Work with planning tools such as APO and ERP execution tools such as ECC.
• Apply planning methodologies including heuristics and optimization.
• Analyze planning result outputs and perform scenario planning.
• Understand planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
• Collaborate effectively with multicultural teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications or memberships are desirable.

Experience Requirements

8–12 years of experience in supply planning. Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

• Industry knowledge of manufacturing and FMCG.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP APO planning books and preferably SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of SAP BI, SAP SNC, Tableau, query and reporting tools, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
• Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
