Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of the Supply Chain & Planning Technology (SCPT) Portfolio & Operations team, helping establish and mature SCPT’s operational footprint in Nike’s India Technology Center (ITC). You will report to the Director, SCPT ITC Operations and work in close partnership with Domain Portfolio & Operations Leaders to facilitate delivery within the sub-domain you support. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders, Program Operations peers, Portfolio team members, and Initiative Program Managers across locations in India, the US, and Europe.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on operator with experience in a scaled environment who can help teams predictably plan, execute, and continuously improve how work gets done.
- 7+ years of experience in program operations, technical program management, delivery operations, agile delivery, or a related technology operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Experience supporting agile teams and delivery practices, including practical use of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports and communicating operating insights about team health, progress, risks, and delivery effectiveness.
- Strong facilitation skills, including quarterly planning, retrospectives, and operational readouts.
- Ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to identify friction, clarify accountability, and improve ways of working.
- Comfort operating across geographies, cultures, and time zones.
- Curiosity and practical experience using automation or AI-enabled tools to simplify work and scale operational practices.
- Preferred: experience with supply chain and/or planning technology delivery.
What You’ll Work On
- Champion delivery excellence across Supply Chain & Planning Technology through consistent operating standards, delivery frameworks, and execution practices.
- Partner with Domain Portfolio & Operations Leaders to facilitate delivery within the supported sub-domain.
- Drive consistent use of agile tools, program standards, and delivery practices, including Jira and Confluence.
- Support quarterly planning by ensuring teams are prepared, aligned, and set up for successful execution.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into team performance, progress, and risks.
- Surface operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
- Lead adoption and change management for new tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to evolve squad operating standards and agile practices.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Support program delivery and partner with Initiative Program Managers as needed.
- Drive local execution of cross-domain or SCPT-wide programs during local business hours.
