NIKE, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Sourcer to join the Talent Acquisition team supporting Nike India. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while partnering with recruiters, hiring leaders, Talent Brand, DEI, and the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.
Who we are looking for
- 12+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, ideally in a research-driven environment.
- Strong capability in market mapping, talent pipelining, and insight-led sourcing strategies.
- Experience supporting mid- to senior-level hiring, including leadership searches.
- Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and job boards.
- Ability to influence hiring decisions through data and insights.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
What you’ll work on
- Lead sourcing for mid- to senior-level roles and maintain strong pipeline health.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and calibrate talent expectations.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Use market intelligence and research to guide sourcing approaches and stakeholder decisions.
- Leverage multichannel sourcing tools and technologies to improve scale, reach, and efficiency.
- Manage high-priority and leadership searches while balancing multiple ongoing requirements.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Act as a point of escalation for sourcing challenges and help resolve blockers.
