Lead Software Engineer - UKG Pro (ITC)

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer specializing in UKG Pro Time & Absence systems to support workforce management solutions worldwide.

What You Will Work On

• Collaborate on projects spanning APAC, EMEA, Greater China, and the Americas.
• Act as a strategic advisor to client project teams, building strong relationships and driving satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members on advanced modules and solutioning.
• Lead the design and configuration of UKG Pro Time & Absence systems.
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Stay current with UKG Pro releases and recommend process improvements.
• Translate technical concepts into visuals, diagrams, and process flows.
• Document business requirements and create technical specifications.
• Work with UKG Pro Workforce Management, Jira, ServiceNow, Workday, and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate issue resolution with development and operations teams.

Who You Will Work With

• Partner with the Time squad.
• Collaborate with product management, cross-product engineers, and integration teams.
• Engage with vendors on system fixes and innovation.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Time & Absence configuration.
• 6+ years of experience with UKG Time & Attendance systems.
• At least one full implementation of a Time & Absence system from the ground up.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Agile experience working with product owners.
• Deep knowledge of UKG Pro systems, ideally at a global scale.
• A self-starting mindset, attention to detail, and passion for results.
