NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Service & Selling Lead for the Nike Factory Store Makuhari. The Service & Selling Lead is a specialist who supports the Head Coach, Assistant Head Coach and Coaches in delivering an excellent experience for every customer and store athlete.
The role leads service and selling activities, helps exceed customer expectations, improves customer satisfaction and KPIs, and maximizes the value of the Nike brand. It also supports team-wide skill development and continuous improvement in service quality through Nike training and programs.
Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in introducing and implementing global and geographic programs that accelerate the business and deliver premium consumer experiences.
- Plan daily operations and short-term priorities to support staff education, capability development and a premium employee experience.
- Manage selling and training activities as the Service & Selling lead to ensure smooth store operations.
- Enforce Nike policies and standards and execute excellent store operations.
- Make proactive proposals and lead execution of strategic plans.
- Coach staff in collaboration with other store departments.
- Lead frontline actions to improve customer satisfaction and KPIs such as conversion and UPT.
Requirements
- Passion for the Nike brand and sport, with product knowledge.
- Experience in retail sales and as a team leader, regardless of employment type.
- Knowledge of retail and apparel, with awareness of current trends and fashion.
- Leadership, execution and the ability to involve and lead others.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make responsible decisions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- English skills are preferred; conversational ability around TOEIC 470 is desirable.
- Ability to deliver sports-inspiring customer experiences while improving customer satisfaction and sales.
