Lead SAP Finance Consultant

Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead SAP Finance Consultant ready to become a trusted advisor for Atos customers? You will identify business requirements, translate them into innovative digital solutions, and help drive digital transformation and client projects.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and systems.
• Define scope, objectives, and system requirements supporting business strategies.
• Translate customer needs into user stories and software designs.
• Guide organizations toward optimized processes and IT automation.
• Study business functions, gather insights, and create output formats.
• Develop workflow charts, diagrams, and system specifications.
• Manage requirements backlogs and provide insights through customer interactions.
• Design modifications to existing systems that improve efficiency.
• Analyze operational challenges and provide strategic perspectives.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers and support presales activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, information management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP Finance implementations in an international environment.
• At least 1 year of SAP S/4 Finance implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP Finance Cloud is advantageous.
• Expertise in data management, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Special Purpose Ledger, closing, consolidations, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, EBS, and DME.
• SAP CO and SAP FS-CM experience are advantageous.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, story points, backlogs, and refinements.
• At least one SAP S/4 Finance certification, preferably a Cloud certification.
• Knowledge of Business or Enterprise Architecture concepts and TOGAF.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in the Public and Manufacturing markets.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills.
