We’re seeking a Finance Lead who thrives in complex environments and can chart a path forward, connecting financial insights to business decisions. This individual demonstrates strong analytical rigor and translates insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. They are highly collaborative, influence without direct authority, and build alignment in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

This role goes well beyond reporting out plans. The Finance Lead will challenge assumptions, elevate insights, and bring strong points of view in helping shape business decisions. They are skilled in storytelling and financial modeling, building robust frameworks, validating assumptions, and communicating with confidence.

  • Experience within a Fortune 500 or multinational consumer products company preferred.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Work On

  • Own Nike, Inc.’s long-range gross margin outlook across all planning cycles, including global readouts and segment targeting.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Geography, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketplace teams by pressure-testing assumptions and validating that they are appropriately reflected.
  • Identify opportunities for continual improvement to models, reporting, and analytical tools to drive deeper insights and a more agile planning process.
  • Influence VP and executive decision-making by framing trade-offs, quantifying implications, and recommending actions that improve long-term profitability.
  • Serve as a trusted margin expert, helping partners understand profitability drivers, evaluate trade-offs, and improve decision quality across the organization.
  • Connect forward-looking plans to historical context, identifying hunting zones and defining what a winning plan looks like.

NIKE, Inc. offers accommodations throughout the interview process and is an equal opportunity employer. Nike offers a generous total rewards package, a casual work environment, a diverse and inclusive culture, and opportunities for professional development.
