Who You’ll Work With
You will report to North America Business Integration and work closely with North America Value Buyers, Planners, and Allocators. You will serve as the key contact for all buys placed in SAP on behalf of USA Nike Value.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a North America Lead Buyer Associate who enjoys working with data and product in a fast-paced team environment. The primary responsibility is to partner with NA Nike NVS/CLR Buyers to manage and enter seasonal buys for USA Nike NVS/CLR into SAP.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can work in a deadline-driven environment, is proficient with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate or advanced level, and has strong communication skills.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field. Any suitable combination of education, experience, and training will be accepted.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a data-intensive role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Experience investigating, capturing, and maintaining product data in an information management system or complex database preferred.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll work with Nike Buyers, Planners, Allocators, and other cross-functional teammates to ensure buys for USA Nike Value are accurate, timely, and complete.
- Support Nike Value team needs, including order entry, contract moves, and price maintenance where applicable.
- Investigate and maintain Nike Value product information through various systems in support of the Buying organization.
- Partner with the Nike Value Buyer team.
- Perform in-system data entry and management.
- Respond to multiple emails and requests.
- Attend various meetings.
